Job Description
Diligent Robotics is seeking a Client Success Manager to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with executive-level clients. This role involves providing regular C-suite updates to foster engagement and strategic alignment. The Client Success Manager will ensure the successful utilization of robot fleets across assigned hospital partners, facilitating seamless coordination and delivering a consistently high-quality Moxi experience.Responsibilities include:
  • Building strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Partnering with operations and growth colleagues to report on fleet utilization.
  • Collaborating with hospital partner clinical care teams to identify training opportunities.
  • Managing use case libraries and action plans for each assigned account.
  • Seeking out opportunities for use case discovery and managing the activation of new use cases.
  • Managing the client success operations for multiple hospitals.
  • Contributing to the professional development of Diligent colleagues.
