Job Description
Kroll Bond Rating Agency, LLC is seeking a Head of Structured Finance Investors Relations to lead and expand KBRA’s investor engagement strategies across structured finance. This role involves working across the fixed income ecosystem and deepening relationships with structured finance investors. The Head of Structured Finance Investors Relations will play a key part in driving firm-wide strategic engagement with the institutional investment community.
The role involves:
- Leading KBRA’s structured finance investor relations strategy.
- Overseeing engagement efforts across all structured finance asset classes.
- Driving proactive and strategic fixed income investor outreach.
- Managing key structured finance relationships at a senior level.
- Identifying and communicating new business opportunities for investor outreach.
- Spearheading strategic initiatives focused on growing structured finance market visibility.
- Analyzing investor feedback and providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Serving as a senior strategic representative of KBRA’s structured finance platform at industry events.
Requirements:
- Seven or more years of structured finance and client relationship management experience.
- 3+ years experience managing a team is required
- Deep understanding of structured products and fixed income markets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop creative and innovative approaches.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
