Job Description
Monzo is seeking a proactive and organized Reward Analyst to join their Reward Squad within the People Collective. This role is crucial in supporting a Reward and Recognition function that is engaging, scalable, and equitable. The Reward Analyst will focus on the day-to-day operations of the Compensation Team, primarily involving the pay review cycle and benchmarking process.
The ideal candidate will be a resourceful problem solver with excellent Excel/Google Sheets knowledge, capable of prioritizing high-impact work while maintaining attention to detail. They should be independent, proactive, and a great communicator, with a passion for helping people.
Role Involves:
- Facilitating reporting requirements for pay review cycles
- Supporting the management of pay review cycles via compensation planning tools
- Supporting the annual benchmarking process, including reporting and analysis
- Collating and analyzing data to support senior leadership decisions
- Managing regulatory reporting related to compensation processes
- Creating routine and ad hoc compensation management information reports
- Collaborating with the wider reward squad on pay review and benchmarking processes
Requirements:
- Resourceful problem solver
- Excellent Excel / Google Sheet knowledge
- Ability to prioritize high impact work and attention to detail
- Independent, proactive, and a great communicator
- Passion for helping people
- Experience designing dynamic reporting requirements, developing reporting databases, and maintaining reward analytics (ideally)
