Job Description
Clutch, one of Canada's fastest-growing companies, is seeking a Field Specialist to be the face of the company in Ottawa, Ontario. This role involves delivering exceptional customer experiences during vehicle pick-up or sale. The Field Specialist will be the first point of contact for customers and will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction.
What this role involves:
- Delivering a uniquely special experience to each and every one of our customers.
- Addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint.
- Inspecting vehicles, carefully assessing both cosmetic and mechanical aspects.
- Accurately and efficiently completing customer paperwork.
- Assisting other team members with various tasks as necessary.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of a G2 Driver’s License (valid in Ontario).
- Clean driver’s abstract with no major infractions.
- Clean criminal background check.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Availability: Minimum of 40 hours per week, with overtime as needed.
