Vehicle Inspection Specialist

Clutch, one of Canada's fastest-growing companies, is seeking a Vehicle Inspection Specialist in Ottawa, Ontario. This role involves being the face of the company, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction during vehicle pick-up or sale. The Vehicle Inspection Specialist will inspect vehicles, identify potential issues, complete paperwork, and assist team members.

• Delivering a uniquely special experience to each and every one of our customers.
• Addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint.
• Inspecting vehicles, carefully assessing both cosmetic and mechanical aspects to identify potential issues.
• Accurately and efficiently completing customer paperwork as well as taking thorough notes in our customer tracking system.
• Assisting other team members with various tasks as necessary.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of a G2 Driver’s License (valid in Ontario).
• Clean driver’s abstract with no major infractions.
• Clean criminal background check.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada.
• Minimum of 40 hours per week availability, with overtime as needed.
