Senior Epic Training Specialist - Clinical

Job Description

Interwell Health, a kidney care management company, is seeking a Senior Epic Training Specialist - Clinical to join its Acumen Training team. This role focuses on delivering training and providing go-live support for providers and clinical staff on EpicCare Ambulatory and clinical workflows, including vascular access. The position requires expert knowledge of EpicCare Ambulatory and clinical workflows, along with a basic knowledge of Cadence/Prelude.Role involves:

• Delivering engaging and impactful training experiences.
• Evaluating clinical training program materials.
• Partnering with trainers and analysts to share knowledge.
• Collaborating with Clinical Instructional Designer and Analysts.
• Assisting in creating and updating documentation, training scripts, and training videos.
• Presenting upcoming changes/functionality in upgrade webinars.
• Supporting the post go-live Customer Success team.
• Leading clinical workflow demonstrations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (clinical or healthcare degree preferred).
• At least 5 years of related experience in healthcare training.
• Basic knowledge of MST build and Epic training environments, Cadence/Prelude, Media Manager, Acumen Rounder, and regulatory programs.
• Expert knowledge of EpicCare Ambulatory application.
• Knowledgeable in training best practices, go-live support, medical terminology, and physician office workflows/processes.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Critical/analytical thinking with the ability to troubleshoot workflow issues.
• Flexibility to work non-standard business hours.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
