Job Description
GitLab, an open core software company, is seeking a Customer Success Manager in Brazil to support Latin America and South America. This role involves aligning with customers, enabling their success, and expanding their use of GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform. The Customer Success Manager will provide technical guidance, implement use cases, and demonstrate the value of GitLab's product capabilities.
Role Involves:
- Providing onboarding activities
- Building Customer Success Plans
- Managing account escalations
- Providing insights on new features
- Supporting training opportunities
- Establishing a trusted advisor relationship
- Assisting in workshops
- Measuring and monitoring customer achievement
- Translating customer product usage data into actionable advice
- Establishing regular touch points with customers
Requirements:
- Ability to engage in business conversations in English, Portuguese, and Spanish
- Demonstrated experience in customer advocacy and engagement
- Understanding of Git and branching strategies
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and development pipeline
- Understanding of continuous integration, continuous deployment, DevSecOps
