Job Description
GitLab, an open core software company, is seeking a Customer Success Manager in Brazil to support Latin America and South America. This role involves aligning with customers, enabling their success, and expanding their use of GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform. The Customer Success Manager will provide technical guidance, implement use cases, and demonstrate the value of GitLab's product capabilities.

Role Involves:
  • Providing onboarding activities
  • Building Customer Success Plans
  • Managing account escalations
  • Providing insights on new features
  • Supporting training opportunities
  • Establishing a trusted advisor relationship
  • Assisting in workshops
  • Measuring and monitoring customer achievement
  • Translating customer product usage data into actionable advice
  • Establishing regular touch points with customers

Requirements:
  • Ability to engage in business conversations in English, Portuguese, and Spanish
  • Demonstrated experience in customer advocacy and engagement
  • Understanding of Git and branching strategies
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle and development pipeline
  • Understanding of continuous integration, continuous deployment, DevSecOps
