Job Description
Cresco Labs is seeking a Lead Packaging Agent for their Yellow Springs, OH location. This role involves leading and motivating a team to complete packaging tasks, ensuring product quality, and maintaining a sanitary work environment. The Lead Packaging Agent will also operate and troubleshoot automation equipment, assist other departments as needed, and adhere to strict compliance standards.
Role involves:
- Executing packaging tasks assigned by Management
- Measuring, packaging, and labeling products
- Label and PLF (PWO) Creation
- Printing compliance labels
- Leading and motivating the team
- Operating/troubleshooting automation equipment
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in lead or people management roles is preferred
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a fast-paced production environment
- Effective communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
