Packaging Agent - 2nd shift

Job Description

Cresco Labs is seeking a Packaging Agent for their Yellow Springs, OH location. The Packaging Agent will be responsible for executing tasks assigned by department leadership, measuring, packaging, and labeling products, and maintaining a sanitary work environment. The agent will also ensure that all functions are performed to the highest standard of quality and compliance, operate/troubleshoot automation equipment, and assist other departments as needed.

Role Involves:

• Executing tasks assigned by department leadership
• Measuring, packaging, and labeling products
• Maintaining a sanitary work environment
• Safely transporting products from workspace to storage area
• Operating/troubleshooting automation equipment
• Assisting other departments

Requirements:

• 1 year (2-3 years preferable) of hands-on experience in a factory, production or manufacturing fast-paced environment with measurable goals and working standards, preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adhere to strict policies and procedure
• Ability to measure, package and label in a precise manner
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment
• Proficiency in windows-based software and point of sale applications a plus
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.
