General Assembly is seeking an AI Legal Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Instructor to support content development, curriculum enhancement, and instruction for its learning programs. The role involves collaborating with learning designers and functional experts to create and deliver high-quality educational content.Responsibilities include:

• Participating in pre-sale meetings and preparing materials.
• Curating and designing learning content.
• Facilitating engaging learning environments.
• Preparing lessons and materials.
• Guiding students in completing exercises and projects.

Requirements include:

• Familiarity with AI for contract analysis and management.
• Understanding of AI-driven legal research tools.
• Knowledge of compliance automation and regulatory technologies.
• Understanding of ethical and privacy considerations for AI in legal contexts.
• Experience with AI applications in e-discovery and intellectual property management.
• 2+ years of professional experience in relevant fields.
• Experience mentoring, coaching, or teaching.
• Strong communication skills.
