Job Description

Mento is seeking senior HR leaders to join their team as coaches. This remote contract position involves partnering with members to help them achieve their goals, improve leadership skills, communicate effectively, and find fulfillment in their careers. Mento requires all coaches to participate in their ICF-certified coach training program.

Responsibilities:

• Providing 1:1 coaching to members through virtual sessions.
• Participating in ongoing training to improve coaching abilities.
• Communicating with members via email or chat.
• Sharing coaching tools and insights within the Mento coaching community.
• Acting as an ambassador of the Mento community with kindness and respect.

Requirements:

• VP+ or C-suite human resources leader with 20+ years of experience.
• Experience managing HR teams and coaching individuals.
• Passion for helping people advance in the workplace.
• Self-awareness and high emotional IQ.
• Comfortable working in a startup environment.
• Able to dedicate a minimum of 12+ hours per month to coaching for the next 24+ months.
• Based in North America or Europe.
