Job Description
Quilt is seeking a Channel Account Executive (HVAC Partner Manager) to drive the adoption of its next-generation heating and cooling system through strategic partnerships with HVAC contractors. This role involves sourcing, closing, and enabling contractors to sell and install Quilt's innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will possess HVAC industry experience, strong business development skills, and the ability to educate and empower contractors.Responsibilities include:
  • Identifying and recruiting HVAC contractors
  • Building and managing relationships with partners
  • Educating contractors on Quilt's system benefits
  • Conducting sales onboarding and training
  • Developing sales enablement tools
  • Collaborating with marketing and partner success teams
  • Maintaining CRM hygiene and tracking performance
  • Providing feedback to improve contractor experience
  • Refining Quilt’s go-to-market strategy
Requirements include:
  • 3+ years of experience in channel sales, contractor sales, or HVAC distribution
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Sales and business development mindset
  • Passion for innovation and sustainability
  • Self-starter mentality
  • Experience using a CRM (ideally Salesforce)
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace tools
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
