Job Description
Goodnotes is seeking a Senior CRM Specialist to join their Growth Marketing team. This role involves contributing to user growth and retention across a global user base. The Senior CRM Specialist will be responsible for running global marketing campaigns across dynamic user segments and scaling lifecycle marketing programs to improve user engagement, retention, and monetization.
Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and optimize lifecycle campaigns.
- Partner with Product, Marketing, Design, Data, and Engineering teams.
- Manage multichannel communications (email, push notifications, in-app messages).
- Develop a testing roadmap and run A/B tests.
- Analyze CRM performance, user behavior, and revenue trends.
Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in CRM, including lifecycle marketing.
- Strong understanding of user journey mapping.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Braze) and analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Looker).
- Proven experience managing CRM campaigns end-to-end.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
- Comfortable working with user and revenue data.
