Job Description
Pismo is seeking a Sr. Operations Analyst to support clients during live operations, focusing on financial flows originating on networks such as Visa and Mastercard. The ideal candidate will possess a proactive approach, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of messaging protocols and transaction clearing concepts.This role involves:
- Analyzing and resolving tickets related to transaction issues.
- Serving as the primary point of contact for all issues related to network transactions.
- Investigating discrepancies on the platform and making decisions on transactions.
- Identifying patterns and potential issues, providing recommendations to product and engineering teams.
Minimum qualifications include:
- English Intermediate-to-Advanced (B2) language skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in transaction processing and understanding of technical instruction documents, especially within Visa and Mastercard networks.
- Knowledge of transaction settlement and clearing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with transaction databases and familiarity with SQL or similar querying languages.
- Proficiency in interpreting behaviors and fetching results from different technical systems.
