Full-Stack Engineer

Job Description

Rush Street Interactive is seeking a skilled Full-Stack Engineer to join their team. The Full-Stack Engineer will be responsible for critical player-facing experiences, ensuring security, compliance, and seamless access. He will collaborate with front-end engineers, designers, and product owners to deliver high-quality, user-friendly solutions.

What role involves:
• Participating in architectural discussions of platform services.
• Diagnosing and resolving complex technical challenges.
• Developing metrics for observability to ensure service quality.
• Ensuring code quality through testing and reviews.
• Researching and proposing new tools and technologies.
• Partnering with Tech Leads, Product Owners, and QA teams.

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in development.
• Experience building production systems using Java and frameworks like Dropwizard or Spring.
• Solid grasp of REST, messaging systems, and relational databases.
• Proven experience of Vanilla JavaScript and the JavaScript ecosystem.
• Experience with React and TypeScript.
