Marketing Coach (VP+)

Job Description

Mento is seeking senior leaders in demand generation/growth marketing to serve as coaches. The Marketing Coach will partner 1:1 with members, helping them set goals, improve leadership and communication, problem-solve, and increase job satisfaction. The role involves virtual sessions via the Mento platform and ongoing training to enhance coaching skills. This is a contract position that requires a minimum commitment of 12 hours per month and 3-5 hours per week for at least 24 months.Responsibilities include:

• Providing 1:1 coaching through virtual sessions
• Participating in ongoing training sessions
• Communicating with members between sessions
• Sharing coaching tools and insights to enhance coaching practices
• Acting as an ambassador of the Mento community

Requirements:

• A director, vice president, or other senior leader with 20+ years of experience
• Experience managing marketing teams and coaching individuals
• Passion for helping people advance in their careers
• Self-awareness and a high emotional IQ
• Comfort working in a startup environment
• Able to dedicate a minimum of 12+ hours per month to coaching
