NuORDER by Lightspeed is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their sales team in Paris. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads. The Sales Development Representative will be the initial point of contact for potential customers, guiding them through their experience with NuORDER by Lightspeed.
Role Involves:
Driving new business growth within the European brand segment.
Connecting with top executives from brands in Europe, primarily within France, with some exposure to the UK & Nordics.
Identifying customer needs to determine if NuORDER is a good fit.
Prospecting, engaging, nurturing, and qualifying new leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn messaging.
Handling a flow of French-speaking inbound leads, qualifying them and navigating them to the right person internally.
Collaborating with the Account Executive team on discovery calls.
Assisting management with iterating on outreach best practices, messaging, and developing new strategies to grow the sales pipeline.
Working cross-functionally with marketing on campaigns & events.
Working cross functionally with the retail team on cross/ upselling opportunities.
Mentoring new SDRs as the team expands.
Requirements:
1-2 years of professional experience, preferably in roles with interaction with senior leadership.
Experience working in a target-based environment.
Strong time management & organization skills.
Excellent customer service and telephone skills, including strong listening, verbal, and written communication.
Fluent in French and English.
Experience in fashion strongly preferred.
