Job Description
Yondr is seeking an Investment Analyst to join their expanding team in London. The role involves working within a group of development and investment professionals, contributing to a rapidly growing business. The ideal candidate will be adept at building and simplifying financial models to maximize project value.
Responsibilities:
- Development and management of financial models and valuation analysis.
- Support in all aspects of financing processes.
- Detailed financial analysis on new developments and existing portfolio assets.
- Production of presentation material for various stakeholders.
- Research and analysis of market trends and sector / asset valuations.
- Support in customer marketing and pricing proposals.
- Analysis for commercial negotiations with strategic partners or customers.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience for Analyst or 3 years of experience for Associate in Banking, Finance, Accounting or Real Estate with a focus on financial modelling for investments / transactions
- Degree in areas such as Finance / Accounting / Economics / Engineering / Maths
- Knowledge of infrastructure / real estate investment process preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, proficient with Microsoft excel
- Experience in financial modelling and investment appraisals. Ability to present results internally to team members.
- Desire to learn about the dynamics and trends of digital infrastructure
- Flexible & dynamic - self-motivated, results driven, ability to deal with change
- Highly organised and structured, logical and lateral thinker
- Team player, with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to influence and add value
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
