Vimeo is seeking a Financial Systems Manager to support its accounting and FP&A teams during a significant transformation, optimizing financial processes, and leveraging technology. The role involves collaborating with a global user community to support core financial applications like Oracle Cloud ERP, ePBCS, and FCCS. This position is central to modernization efforts, including cross-system support, driving testing initiatives, managing system controls, and providing helpdesk support.

What this role involves:

  • Supporting Oracle Cloud ERP, ePBCS, and FCCS upgrades.
  • Managing financial system helpdesk tickets and ensuring optimal system performance.
  • Troubleshooting incidents, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing preventative measures.
  • Supporting integration with third-party financial applications.
  • Gathering and translating business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Proposing innovative system solutions for enhancements and improvements.
  • Assisting with the implementation of new financial systems or modules.
  • Collaborating with external consultants.
  • Maintaining operational excellence through documentation and system controls.
  • Communicating project status and risks to internal customers and senior management.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to all stakeholders.
  • Contributing to continuous system improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Accounting, or Finance.
  • 4-6 years of Oracle Fusion ERP experience, with 6-8 years of total Oracle experience.
  • Understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Experience with Oracle Role/Security Management.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Database Tables and Integration.
  • Proficiency with Oracle tools such as FBDI and ADFDI.
  • Knowledge of Finance Reports (FRS and BI).
  • Familiarity with Cloud Modules like I2P, R2R, and I2C.
  • Understanding of B2B and B2C Business Flows.
  • Oracle System certifications preferred.
  • Experience working in a global company.
  • Knowledge of SOX control management.
  • Helpdesk support experience with ticketing systems.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
