Job Description
Remote is seeking an Account Manager to join their AMER-West team. This role is fully remote and offers the opportunity to manage the entire sales cycle, from retaining existing customer investment to identifying new expansion opportunities. The Account Manager will present Remote’s suite of services to existing customers, create pathways for upselling solutions, and nurture customer relationships. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and drive business growth.

Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability in retaining and growing existing accounts.
- Success in building key customer relationships.
- Proactive communication skills.
- Ability to create and execute sales tactics.
- Strong knowledge of sales processes.
- 5+ years of Account Management or related SaaS sales experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
