Manufacturing Engineering Intern Fall 2025

Job Description

Rocket Lab is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Intern for the Fall of 2025 at their Albuquerque, New Mexico site. This internship offers the opportunity to support the Manufacturing Team in transforming the production layout to a modern and more efficient process flow, as well as implementing new tools to modernize the tooling within the site.What this role involves:

• Working closely with a mentor and other employees to apply knowledge and grow skills.
• Applying engineering and industry concepts to solve real challenges.
• Attending frequent 1:1 meetings with mentors and supervisors.
• Participating in tech talks and networking events.

Requirements:

• Must be enrolled in an associates, bachelor’s, master's or doctorate degree program in an engineering, physics or math discipline and have at least one semester of school remaining post internship
• GPA of 3.0 or above
• 3+ months of applied engineering experience (internship, laboratory, and personal/team project experience is applicable)
• Able to work full-time, on-site for a minimum of 12 consecutive weeks beginning August or September 2025.
