Job Description
Narvar is seeking a Solution Delivery Manager to join their Professional Services team. This role is based in India and involves managing a portfolio of projects for EMEA and United States customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in SaaS project management and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Role involves:
- Managing onboarding, implementations, and project management for enterprise retailers and mid-market segments.
- Providing consultative advice to customers for successful integration with Narvar’s solutions.
- Using project plans, status reports, and risk management to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Managing integration projects with APIs.
- Driving resolution of escalations with customer and internal resources.
- Building a best-in-class international Professional Services team.
- Achieving core KPI goals in cycle time, revenue, CSAT, and productivity.
- Assisting with portfolio reviews to mitigate risk and enhance customer experience.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager and Consultant in a professional services or customer experience organization.
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing, enterprise-level SaaS software implementations, consulting, or systems integration roles.
- Technical acumen of web technologies such as JSON, CSS, and APIs.
- Experience as a software developer.
- Domain knowledge of Retail Ecommerce, Order Management System, and Inventory Management.
- Ability to deliver multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Executive-level interpersonal, project management, writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Flexibility to work till 2 AM IST and in EST time zone.
