Job Description
Whalar is seeking a Business Lead to drive growth across significant clients. This role requires adaptability, client leadership, revenue generation, and a passion for digital industries and creators. The Business Lead will report to the Managing Director DACH and manage the Associate Director Client Services.

Role Involves:
  • Driving revenue growth across key DACH clients.
  • Onboarding new clients and building long-term relationships.
  • Managing the sales pipeline and ensuring accurate forecasting.
  • Collaborating with Business Affairs and Finance.
  • Developing innovative strategies and staying ahead of industry trends.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of agency or platform experience.
  • Strong experience in creative advertising partnerships.
  • Strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making.
  • Understanding of creator marketing.
  • Excellent communication and team management skills.
  • Fluency in German at a native level.
