Job Description
Whalar is seeking a Business Lead to drive growth across significant clients. This role requires adaptability, client leadership, revenue generation, and a passion for digital industries and creators. The Business Lead will report to the Managing Director DACH and manage the Associate Director Client Services.
Role Involves:
- Driving revenue growth across key DACH clients.
- Onboarding new clients and building long-term relationships.
- Managing the sales pipeline and ensuring accurate forecasting.
- Collaborating with Business Affairs and Finance.
- Developing innovative strategies and staying ahead of industry trends.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of agency or platform experience.
- Strong experience in creative advertising partnerships.
- Strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making.
- Understanding of creator marketing.
- Excellent communication and team management skills.
- Fluency in German at a native level.
