Data Analyst I

Job Description

A prominent company is seeking a Data Analyst to play a crucial role in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to support strategic decision-making and reporting. The Data Analyst will be responsible for querying large datasets and applying statistical techniques to interpret results and provide insights that drive improvements in business operations.

What this role involves:

• Working closely with stakeholders across the business.
• Building reporting and monitoring dashboards.
• Performing deep-dive analyses on datasets.
• Collaborating with the Data Engineering team to establish data sources.
• Partnering with stakeholders to design, execute, and analyze experiments.
• Documenting analytics processes, methodologies, and business requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
• Proven expertise in SQL (preferably BigQuery) and BI tools such as Metabase or Tableau.
• Strong background in performance experimentation and A/B testing.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in digital payment and/or PPOB business is a plus.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and basic knowledge of Machine Learning is a plus.
