Product Coach (VP+)

Job Description

Mento is seeking experienced senior leaders in product management to join their team as Product Coaches. This is a remote, contract position where coaches provide 1:1 virtual coaching sessions to Mento members, helping them achieve their professional goals and thrive in their careers. Mento requires all coaches to participate in their ICF-certified coach training program to master the Mento Coaching Methodology. Responsibilities include:

• Providing 1:1 coaching to members.
• Participating in ongoing training.
• Communicating with members between sessions.
• Sharing coaching tools and insights.
• Acting as an ambassador of the Mento community.

The ideal candidate:

• Is a director, VP, or product management leader with 20+ years of experience.
• Has experience managing product teams and coaching individuals.
• Is passionate about helping people advance in their careers.
• Possesses a high emotional IQ and creates a safe space for vulnerability.
• Is comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Can dedicate 12+ hours per month to coaching.
