Job Description
Zinnia is seeking a Program Manager to drive digital transformation initiatives. This role involves executing client implementation work, understanding the SDLC, and assessing risk mitigation approaches. The Program Manager will collaborate with various teams to achieve transformation targets and ensure adherence to standards.

Role Involves:
  • Supporting client discussions and planning activities.
  • Preparing and facilitating strategic client planning sessions.
  • Collaborating with Operations, Product, and Technical Lead resources.
  • Monitoring and managing Client portfolio status.
  • Acting as the first point of escalation for transformation initiatives.
  • Driving Client conversations on best practices & scope management.
  • Improving team performance through leadership and mentoring.
  • Participating in monthly finance discussions.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
  • 10+ years of Project Management Experience.
  • 15+ years of total technology experience.
  • Experience with Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
  • Understanding of the full software development project lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of project management tools like Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, SharePoint, and Jira.
  • Experience with third-party system support, preferably in insurance/financial services.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to tailor communications and influence critical decisions.
  • Strong results orientation and management skills.
  • Experience with conversions and implementations.
  • Knowledge of annuities and life products.
  • Ability to travel a minimum of 10% of the time.
