Job Description
Inbank is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their Vilnius office. The candidate will play a crucial role in advising Inbank on legal matters related to its financial services business. They will be part of a cross-functional legal team, working closely with various departments to ensure legal robustness across all activities. The role involves navigating regulatory landscapes, participating in negotiations, and shaping legal decisions to enable responsible scaling.

Role Involves:
  • Advising on legal matters related to financial services.
  • Navigating complex regulatory landscapes.
  • Participating in contractual negotiations.
  • Preparing official responses to institutions.
  • Supporting the marketing team in ensuring compliance of financial advertisements.
  • Assisting the customer support team in preparing legally sound replies to customer inquiries and claims.

Requirements:
  • 4 years of previous professional legal experience.
  • Understanding of Lithuanian financial regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven track record in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
  • Strong ability to assess legal risks and communicate clearly.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • Fluent communication skills in English and Lithuanian.
  • High ethical standards and a proactive mindset.
  • A Master’s degree in law and qualification to practice law in Lithuania.
