Job Description
Scale is seeking an Integration Architect to join their Business Transformation team. This role is based in San Francisco, CA. The Integration Architect will be responsible for building automations and integrations between applications, partnering with stakeholders to improve business processes. They will work closely with GTM, Finance, Accounting, People, Recruiting, and cross-functional stakeholders to transform existing capabilities.Role involves:
  • Establishing processes for integrations and automation solutions.
  • Partnering with leaders across IT, Analytics, Data Engineering, and other departments.
  • Building trusted partnerships with stakeholders.
  • Establishing and maintaining an automation roadmap.
  • Driving the company’s automation strategy.
  • Developing AI use cases.
  • Documenting and maintaining an inventory of automations and integrations.
  • Owning the end-to-end process for all automations.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience automating GTM, Finance, and Accounting processes.
  • Experience building integrations with an iPaaS (Workato, Mulesoft, Boomi, etc.).
  • Knowledge of applications like Salesforce, NetSuite, Coupa, Workday, etc.
  • Experience in process improvement methodologies.
  • Agile mindset.
