Vonage is seeking a Carrier Operations Analyst to join their team in Wrocław, Poland. This role is within the Vonage Carrier Management Team (CMT), which focuses on delivering quality end-to-end carrier services for SMS and Voice operations. The CMT Operations team supports the company's revenue and margin growth by providing administrative support, data analysis, reporting, business process improvement, and knowledge management.

The Carrier Operations Analyst will work with existing and new carriers, collaborating with internal teams to drive revenue and support CPaaS reselling projects. This role involves working on operations-related projects and gaining experience with various business scenarios.

Role involves:

  • Communicating with carriers and local partners regarding disputes and cost alignment.
  • Analyzing invoices from carrier partners and reconciling against usage records.
  • Supporting team projects to evaluate carrier/infrastructure changes.
  • Collaborating with the BI team to improve reporting.
  • Generating regular reports related to CPaaS cost services.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of telecommunications service, invoicing cycles, and cost structure.
  • Excellent mathematics and numerical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (writing, speaking, listening).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build reports in BI systems and create SQL queries.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Prior experience (1-2 years) in accounts reconciliation, Financial Management, or Business Analysis.
