Job Description
Innovaccer is seeking a Director of Customer Growth Marketing to lead the strategy and execution of marketing initiatives aimed at expanding the company's footprint within its existing customer base. This role involves close collaboration with Customer Success to identify opportunities, prioritize strategic accounts, and develop marketing programs that address each customer's evolving needs. The Director will utilize various channels and tactics, including content marketing and event-based engagement, to build awareness and demand for Innovaccer’s solutions, driving cross-sell and upsell revenue growth.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in customer marketing, growth marketing, or account-based marketing
  • Proficiency in CRM (Salesforce) and analytics (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Deep understanding of U.S. healthcare systems
  • Experience driving multi-channel programs
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
