Senior Project Manager at Vonage

Vonage is seeking a Senior CFIUS Project Manager to join its Business Critical Transformation (BCT) Office. The BCT Office is responsible for driving and monitoring compliance against Vonage’s CFIUS requirements. The Senior CFIUS Project Manager will be responsible for leading and overseeing complex projects aimed at enhancing the compliance framework within the organization. He will manage multiple transformational initiatives designed to ensure sustained compliance with CFIUS regulatory requirements. He will provide leadership to cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high-quality standards. He will also be a key stakeholder in driving compliance strategies and preparing for audits.

Role Responsibilities:

• Lead, coordinate, and execute large-scale compliance projects.
• Manage project teams, including assigning roles and responsibilities.
• Actively track project progress, manage resources, and adjust project scope, timelines, and priorities as needed.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks.
• Drive change management processes.
• Regularly document and communicate project updates.
• Prepare, lead, and coordinate audits.
• Provide mentoring and coaching to junior project managers and team members.

Requirements:

• Deep knowledge and experience with government regulations and compliance frameworks.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Project Management, with at least 2 years in a senior role or managing compliance-driven projects.
