Job Description
Inyova is seeking an Impact Manager to join its sustainability-dedicated Impact Team. The Impact Manager will be central to Inyova’s impact efforts, working on a range of topics related to engagement, stewardship, sustainability impact analysis, research, and communication. This role involves shaping and executing engagement campaigns, developing proxy voting strategies, conducting research on companies, and collaborating with product and marketing teams to create impact-related content.
Role involves:
- Engagement & Stewardship: Shape, execute, and document engagement campaigns.
- Sustainability Impact Analysis & Research: Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on companies.
- Sustainability Impact Communication: Collaborate with product and marketing teams to create impact-related content.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in an impact- or sustainable-investing-related role.
- Experience in analysing sustainability datasets, conducting company research, developing engagement campaigns, and communicating impact initiatives.
- Proficiency in spoken and written German and English.
- Good with numbers and experienced using MS Excel.
- Eligible to work in Switzerland.
