Carrier Relations Manager (Germany & Nordics) at Vonage

Vonage is seeking a Carrier Relations Manager for the Germany & Nordics region. This role is responsible for the strategic direction and coordination of new API connectivity globally. The successful candidate will drive the growth of advanced network APIs and ensure Vonage has the best connectivity products and services to meet customer needs.

• Create and lead the plan for coverage in Germany & Nordics.
• Contract with CSPs/MNOs for SMS, RCS, Voice and Numbers connectivity.
• Identify and drive systems and processes for scaling new connectivity.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with CSP leaders and key vendor partners.
• Support service Go-to-Market activities.
• Work with Sales, Product, Legal, Operations, and Engineering teams.
• Present Vonage at industry events and CSP/MNO engagements.

Requirements:

• Knowledge and experience in Carrier Relations in the region.
• Strategic mindset capable of driving new initiatives.
• Experience leading complex commercial projects.
• Knowledge of the cloud communications industry (UCaaS/CCaaS and/or APIs).
• Deep knowledge of API marketplace regulations.
• Experience working with digital brands and Carriers (CSPs) in the region.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English.
