Job Description
Aisera is seeking a Professional Services Engineer to drive the deployment and use of Conversational AI solutions in customer environments. This role involves being a primary technical point of contact for customers and leading the end-to-end integration lifecycle. The Professional Services Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior team members.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading the end-to-end integration lifecycle.
- Developing custom workflows/RPAs based on customer requirements.
- Troubleshooting and resolving integration issues.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements.
- Staying current with product changes and educating customers.
- Mentoring junior team members.
Requirements include:
- 3+ years of hands-on software implementation & integration experience.
- Proficiency in integration technologies such as SSO, REST APIs, Web Services, and Software integrations.
- Scripting experience in JavaScript, Java, or Python.
- Excellent communication skills.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Bachelor’s or higher degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
