Carrier Relations Manager (Southern Europe) at Vonage

Vonage is seeking a Carrier Relations Manager for Southern Europe to drive new API connectivity globally. This role is responsible for the strategic direction and coordination of advanced network APIs. The successful candidate will have leadership skills to drive market acceptance and growth.

The Carrier Relations Manager will ensure Vonage develops world-class network connectivity and innovation to drive customer success.

Role Involves:

• Creating and leading the plan for coverage in Southern Europe.
• Contracting with CSPs/MNOs for SMS, RCS, Voice, and Numbers connectivity.
• Identifying and driving systems and processes for scaling new connectivity.
• Building and maintaining strategic relationships with CSP leaders and vendor partners.
• Supporting service Go-to-Market activities.
• Working with Sales, Product, Legal, Operations, and Engineering teams.
• Presenting Vonage at industry events and CSP/MNO engagements.

Requirements:

• Knowledge and experience in Carrier Relations in the region.
• Strategic mindset capable of driving new initiatives.
• Experience leading complex commercial projects.
• Knowledge of the cloud communications industry (UCaaS/CCaaS and/or APIs).
• Deep knowledge of API marketplace regulations.
• Experience working with digital brands and Carriers (CSPs).
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English.
