Senior Product Designer, Publisher Tooling

Job Description

Postman is seeking a Senior Product Designer to work on Publisher Tooling. In this role, the candidate will own the end-to-end design experience for major launches, set a high bar, and delight millions of developers worldwide. The Senior Product Designer will work hand-in-hand with developers, product managers, and customers to build amazing user experiences and work closely with senior leadership to set the roadmap and strategy.What this role involves:

• Owning the end-to-end design experience for major launches.
• Working with developers, product managers, and customers.
• Setting the roadmap and strategy.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience designing and launching user experiences, ideally for applications used by developers.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end product designs.
• Proven track record building B2B and enterprise-grade experiences.
• Experience with rapid prototyping and user research.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Collaborative mindset and open to feedback and iterative design processes.
• Mission-oriented, care about the details, and like to move fast.
• Experience working in a two-sided network is a plus.
