Senior Product Designer, Collections

Job Description

Postman is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their Collections team. This role focuses on enhancing the collaborative nature of collections, which are the gold standard for API organization within Postman's platform. The Senior Product Designer will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to design, experiment, and deliver experiences that facilitate collaboration and API usage within and across teams, ultimately enabling faster time-to-market.Role involves:

• Owning the user experience from ideation to execution.
• Guiding and mentoring junior designers.
• Balancing velocity and quality in design solutions.
• Researching and consolidating customer insights.
• Defining UX goals and opportunities for cross-product developer workflows.
• Communicating user concerns and feedback.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in end-to-end design practices.
• Experience working with an experimentally driven product team.
• An eye for well-designed, functional products.
• Ability to create low and high fidelity mockups and prototypes.
• Excellent communication skills.
