Vonage is seeking a Connectivity Project Manager to join their Carrier Management Team. This role is responsible for driving the strategic direction and coordination of new API connectivity globally.

The successful candidate will lead complex technical projects and manage end-to-end carrier onboarding for SMS, Voice, and Numbers with CSPs worldwide. They will collaborate with account teams and carriers, create onboarding principles, and identify processes for scaling new connectivity. The role involves preparing materials for QBRs with CSPs, working with quality, engineering, and numbers teams to enhance services, and resolving technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end - to - end Carrier on-boardings for SMS, Voice and Numbers with CSPs Worldwide.
  • Liaise with account teams and carriers to ensure correct data received.
  • Create and support on-boarding and prioritisation principles for internal on-boarding flows.
  • Identify and drive systems and processes that enable Vonage to scale new connectivity with Carriers and Partners.
  • Prepare the materials and Support QBRs with CSPs.
  • Work with Vonage Quality, Engineering and Numbers teams to enhance services on-boarding practices and improve and operating models.
  • Help with questions and queries related to product, process or general technical issues resolution.
  • Escalation on CSPs responces to engineering & quality teams.
  • Interpret and Analayse Quality test results & Raise quality test issues with carriers.
  • Coordination between Carriers and Engineering and quality teams.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge and experience of in technical aspects on services worldwide for SMS, Voice and Number services.
  • Highly evolved strategic mindset capable of driving new initiatives from ideation to execution.
  • Experience leading complex technical projects involving extended virtual teams.
  • Knowledge of the cloud communications industry (UCaaS/ CCaaS and /or APIs).
  • Experience working with engineering and quality management teams.
  • Extensive experience working directly with Carriers (CSPs) for technical on-boarding.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English language skills.
