Job Description
Turing, a fast-growing AI company based in Palo Alto, California, is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of LLM training projects. The Delivery Manager will oversee a cross-functional team and be accountable for client alignment, throughput, quality, and operational efficiency. This role involves leading code workstreams and providing guidance to other code teams.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the strategic point of contact for clients.
- Build and maintain project trackers and delivery health reports.
- Translate research goals into executable tasks.
- Own delivery-level quality KPIs.
- Optimize workflows and operational structure.
Requirements:
- 4-8 years of experience in a Delivery Manager or Program Manager role.
- Experience managing project lifecycles and scaling teams.
- Strong client-facing experience.
- Familiarity with LLM researchers.
- Working knowledge of Python and/or JavaScript.
- Proficiency in project management tools.
- Exceptional communication and documentation skills.
