Job Description
Mento is seeking experienced senior sales leaders to join their team as Sales Coaches. This role involves 1:1 coaching partnerships with members, helping them achieve goals, improve leadership skills, communicate effectively, and enhance overall job satisfaction. The Sales Coach will work virtually using the Mento Platform and Tools.
Responsibilities include: - Providing 1:1 coaching through virtual sessions.
- Participating in ongoing training to improve coaching skills.
- Communicating with members via email or chat.
- Sharing coaching tools and insights to enhance coaching practices.
- Acting as an ambassador for the Mento community.
The ideal candidate: - Is a director, vice president, or senior sales leader with 20+ years of experience.
- Is passionate about helping people advance in their careers.
- Possesses a high emotional IQ and cares about creating a safe space.
- Is excited about growing coaching skills and has a growth-mindset.
- Is comfortable in a constantly-changing startup environment.
- Is able to dedicate 12+ hours per month to coaching for 24+ months.
