Job Description
OKX is seeking a BD Manager to focus on blockchain finance, including DeFi and staking. The BD Manager will be responsible for the planning, design, and iteration of new innovative products. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the blockchain industry and platform business, with high market sensitivity.Role involves:
  • BD work in blockchain finance, DeFi, staking, and new product innovation.
  • Tracking industry trends and participating in DeFi product implementation.
  • Expanding and selecting high-quality Public chain projects and on-chain Defi products.
  • Developing cooperation plans with global resource projects.
  • Establishing relationships with overseas blockchain investment institutions.
  • Conducting research on new industry trends.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in the blockchain or financial industry.
  • Overseas study or work background preferred.
  • Excellent English skills.
  • DeFi and staking product design experience preferred.
  • Ability to withstand pressure and strong teamwork skills.
