Job Description
Anaplan is seeking a Customer Success Business Partner to manage a portfolio of UAE-based customers. This role involves driving adoption, expansion, and retention of Anaplan solutions, maximizing ROI for customers. The Customer Success Business Partner will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers achieve business objectives and transform processes using Anaplan. They will also identify customer pain points and recommend tailored solutions.
Role involves:
- Managing a portfolio of UAE-based customers.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to customers.
- Identifying customer pain points and recommending solutions.
- Building and presenting Success Scorecards.
- Strengthening customer relationships.
- Facilitating workshops to identify upsell opportunities.
- Collaborating with internal teams to mitigate risks.
- Representing the customer voice internally.
- Advising customers on establishing Centers of Excellence.
- Developing customer success assets.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, presales, or management consulting.
- Prior experience with Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Enterprise Planning & Analytics.
- Experience with SaaS platforms, Project Leadership, Technology Consulting, and Technology Solutions Development.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
