Job Description
Anaplan is seeking a Customer Success Business Partner to manage a portfolio of UAE-based customers. This role involves driving adoption, expansion, and retention of Anaplan solutions, maximizing ROI for customers. The Customer Success Business Partner will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers achieve business objectives and transform processes using Anaplan. They will also identify customer pain points and recommend tailored solutions.

Role involves:
  • Managing a portfolio of UAE-based customers.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to customers.
  • Identifying customer pain points and recommending solutions.
  • Building and presenting Success Scorecards.
  • Strengthening customer relationships.
  • Facilitating workshops to identify upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to mitigate risks.
  • Representing the customer voice internally.
  • Advising customers on establishing Centers of Excellence.
  • Developing customer success assets.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success, presales, or management consulting.
  • Prior experience with Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), Enterprise Planning & Analytics.
  • Experience with SaaS platforms, Project Leadership, Technology Consulting, and Technology Solutions Development.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
