Job Description
Upgrade is seeking an Aftermarket Product Cancellation Specialist to join their Indirect Auto Operations team. This role is crucial for overseeing and facilitating aftermarket product cancellations, aged titles, and other dealer outstanding receivables. The specialist will be involved in various project implementations and will work onsite at the Irvine office.

Responsibilities:
  • Utilize Excel, system-generated reports, and various systems to identify, initiate, and monitor aftermarket product cancellations and refund issuance.
  • Assist with inbound and outbound calls and emails to dealerships, product administrators, and internal business partners.
  • Provide timely and consistent follow-up and responses to inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Ensure relevant updates are received and logged on tracking reports.
  • Work closely with the internal servicing team to identify and capture documentation and refunds.
  • Assist with training and guidance to other team members.
  • Assist the Manager with other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
  • 1+ year’s experience in Aftermarket Product Cancellations for Indirect Auto Finance.
  • 3+ year’s experience in Indirect Auto Originations or Servicing, preferably in Aftermarket Product Refund operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite of products.
  • Excel Formulas and Pivot Table experience preferred.
  • Strong Organizational, Verbal and Written Communication skills.
