Upgrade is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead and manage the sales team, driving revenue growth by attracting new contractors and merchants to offer Upgrade's payment options. This role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building high-performing teams. The Senior Sales Manager will contribute to the overall go-to-market strategy and foster a customer-obsessed approach.

What this role involves:
  • Building, leading, mentoring, and managing a team of sales professionals.
  • Driving the development and execution of sales strategies.
  • Overseeing the team's end-to-end sales cycle.
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key clients.
  • Refining and delivering compelling sales presentations.
  • Analyzing sales data and market trends.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What Upgrade is looking for:
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in SaaS or Channel sales, with sales leadership experience.
  • Proven experience in building and scaling high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of full sales cycles and complex sales processes.
  • Proven ability to develop relationships with C-suite executives.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented.
  • Adaptable, agile, and resilient.
  • Willing to travel as needed.
