Job Description
Zenoti is seeking a Manager for Professional Services Operations to join their CX Operations team. This role involves collaborating with business leaders and project teams to track key performance metrics, striving for effortless customer onboarding and enhanced customer experience. The Manager will play a pivotal role in maintaining project cadence and focusing on quality by leveraging data across multiple systems.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
- Work with the data and insights team to translate reporting requirements onto PowerBi dashboards.
- Map processes and tools to deploy solutions and measure improvements.
- Identify gaps in process implementation and recommend solutions.
- Process Documentation and updating existing SOPs.
Requirements:
- 8+ years in Professional Services Operations or similar roles.
- Ability to set strategy, creativity, and management skills.
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (or higher) or equivalent.
- MBA in Operations with working knowledge of Lean Six Sigma.
- Ability to lead and influence others.
- Ability to work with and influence stakeholders at senior levels.
- Compelling communication skills.
- Project Management experience.
- Working Knowledge of PowerBi.
- Exposure to PSA tools.
