Product Specialist

Job Description

Zenoti is seeking a Product Specialist to join their Adoption Services team in Costa Rica. Zenoti provides an all-in-one, cloud-based software solution for the beauty and wellness industry. The Product Specialist will partner with customers to lead implementations for feature add-ons and enhancements to their Zenoti solution. The ideal candidate will possess a strong software background, business consulting experience, and excellent communication skills.

The Product Specialist will work with customers to understand their business requirements, define scope, plan, and implement enhancements and adoption of Zenoti software features to streamline their operations and drive increased revenue. They will independently handle customer adoption procedures while delivering excellent customer service.

Role Involves:

• Leading implementations for feature add-ons and enhancements.
• Understanding customer business requirements.
• Defining scope and planning implementations.
• Conducting demos, training, and solution reviews.
• Identifying and mitigating risks.
• Addressing customer issues.
• Maintaining documentation.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in Implementation and support of Enterprise products
• Strong software background and ability to master product functionality
• Strong business consulting experience or equivalent in an external customer facing role.
• Proven fast learner of enterprise applications, experience in implementing cloud solutions.
• Ability to communicate in business terms with non-technical customer stakeholders
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage and work across multiple projects.
• Experience working with remote teams across different time zones
• Strong logical, analytical and problem-solving skills
