Adyen is seeking a Team Lead for their Ops Academy in Amsterdam. Adyen is a financial technology platform that provides payments, data, and financial products in a single solution. The Operations Academy team supports the professional growth of Adyen's Operations workforce. The Team Lead will lead a small team to develop the strategy of the operations functional learning programs and execute against it.
Role involves:
Driving and delivering the strategic priorities of operations.
Collaborating with senior leadership to understand business needs.
Acting as a key advisor on learning and development and engagement strategies.
Collaborating with senior stakeholders from Learning & Development (L&D), Operations leadership, and other Adyen academies.
Evaluating end to end employee learning needs, utilizing data analytics to inform decision-making and optimize program impact across operations.
Defining, building, executing and measuring the impact of the Ops Academy programs and drive continuous improvement.
Implementing and overseeing scalable training methodologies, integrating in-person and digital learning solutions to enhance accessibility and participation.
Requirements:
A collaborative leader, skilled at building strong relationships, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving strategic initiatives across global diverse teams.
Strong strategic skills and the ability to connect the bigger picture to smaller projects.
8+ years of experience in program management, learning & development, preferably in a fast-paced, global environment.
3+ years of direct people leadership experience.
Role modeling a growth mindset - biased towards execution and comfortable trying things out never done before.
Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in managing and implementing learning initiatives in a rapidly changing environment.
Deep understanding of learning & development principles, including program design, facilitation, and training strategy execution.
Strong data analysis skills, with experience leveraging performance metrics to enhance learning programs.
Background in Operations is a plus.
