Job Description
Mento is seeking experienced senior leaders in strategy & operations to become coaches. This role involves partnering with members to help them achieve their goals, improve leadership skills, communicate effectively, and enhance overall job satisfaction. The coach will also participate in ongoing training to improve coaching skills and contribute to the Mento coaching community.
Role Involves:
- Providing 1:1 coaching to members via virtual sessions.
- Participating in ongoing training sessions.
- Communicating with members between sessions.
- Sharing coaching tools and insights with the Mento community.
- Acting as an ambassador of the Mento community.
Requirements:
- 20+ years of experience in strategy & operations, with leadership experience.
- Passion for helping people advance in their careers.
- High emotional IQ and ability to create a safe space for vulnerability.
- Growth mindset and willingness to learn coaching skills.
- Comfortable working in a startup environment.
- Ability to dedicate a minimum of 12+ hours per month to coaching.
- Based in North America or Europe.
