Job Description
Vonage is seeking a Product Manager, Vertical Solutions, to drive the strategy and execution of its CCaaS, UCaaS, and AI solutions within the manufacturing sector. This role involves identifying necessary integrations, product capabilities, certifications, and regulatory requirements for Vonage to succeed in these markets. The Product Manager will drive new capabilities into the platform, immerse themselves in the manufacturing market, and collaborate with solution engineers to predefine templates and starter packs for common use cases. They will also partner with product marketing to define appropriate messaging and positioning.
Role involves:
- Developing and executing strategies to win in the manufacturing market segment.
- Defining core communication and customer experience use cases.
- Scoping requirements for CCaaS, UCaaS, and AI platforms.
- Translating customer experience challenges into targeted solutions.
- Partnering with sales and marketing teams for go-to-market strategies.
- Identifying key platform integrations.
- Collaborating on customized dashboards and configurations.
- Ensuring sales, partners, and support understand the offerings.
- Participating in industry forums to understand market trends.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in product or account management with CCaaS / UCaaS / AI solutions for manufacturing companies.
- Experience with CCaaS and/or UCaaS solutions.
- Experience with Salesforce solutions in manufacturing companies.
- Deep understanding of business challenges within manufacturing companies.
- Awareness and involvement in industry and analyst forums.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
