Job Description
Nabis is seeking an Inbound Supervisor to oversee inbound operations at their Woodlake warehouse. This role involves ensuring the timely and accurate intake of products while meeting SLA obligations with brand partners. The Inbound Supervisor will report to warehouse management and lead a team of associates, collaborating cross-functionally to support warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience in warehouse operations, strong communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the inbound team.
- Manage and prioritize inbound shipments.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy and quality.
- Communicate and collaborate with various teams.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching.
- Prepare detailed reports on inbound activities.
- Enforce warehouse safety standards.
- Support cross-training initiatives.
- Participate in warehouse meetings.
Requirements:
- Must be 21 years or older.
- 2+ years of cannabis experience.
- 2+ years of customer service experience.
- 2+ years of last-mile distribution and logistics experience.
- Associate degree OR 2 years relevant work experience.
- Outstanding communication and people skills.
- Knowledge of manual and systematic warehouse movement.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs., bend, stretch, and twist.
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check.
- Monday - Friday on-site work availability.
- Ability to work occasional weekend shifts.
- Clean driving record.
